Special workshop for the FFP Team <3

Zoom watercolor workshop during the pandemic.

#DrawNativeTreesPh started in 2018 as a collaboration with Forest Foundation Philippines, using art to highlight the importance of our native trees and build a community of forest advocates.
We kicked things off with fun drawing challenges and watercolor workshops, shared easy step-by-step tutorials on sketching Philippine native trees like the Katmon, Banaba, and Ilang-ilang (my personal favorites), and created illustrated publications like the Philippine Forest Blooms planner and desk calendar. This campaign brought people together both online and in person to learn about, appreciate, and help protect our native trees.
Since then, it has grown into a continuing series of creative projects and advocacy products, with proceeds going back to support forest protection and ongoing education efforts to keep the cause alive.
