For easy identification, each pin is attached to a backing card that has the common and scientific names of the flowering tree.
The Philippine Forest Blooms pins were produced using sales of #DrawNativeTreesPh merchandise, through items sold from 2020 onwards, which stemmed from the collaborative effort with Forest Foundation Philippines to raise awareness for the protection and conservation of Philippine native trees. A portion of the proceeds from sales will be used to produce more materials that can help spread the advocacy.
