What is your shipping method?
For time-sensitive orders, same-day pick up via Grab, Lalamove, or your preferred courier is encouraged. Pick-up location is in Quezon City, Metro Manila.
For standard shipping, GoGo Xpress is used with a flat rate based on their pricing (includes VAT). An estimated transit time of 1-3 business days within Metro Manila and Luzon, and around 5-7 days for areas requiring sea travel, especially during peak seasons.
How long will shipping take?
Same-Day Pick-Up (Grab/Lalamove):
From Quezon City, Metro Manila, deliveries typically take 1-4 hours after payment and packing, depending on distance and rider availability.
Standard Shipping (GoGo Xpress):
Items ship within 24 hours of payment with tracking provided. Expect 1-2 days to Greater Metro Manila and 3-7 days to provincial areas.

Do you give discounts?
Items are already thoughtfully priced to support forest conservation NGOs, but mailing list subscribers receive early access to new products and seasonal sales. I also offer discounted rates during preorders and at stationery fairs. Pease check my Instagram for announcements.
Do you issue official receipts?
Yes, official invoice receipts are issued for both personal and corporate orders. For corporate orders, please provide your registered name, TIN, and business address.
Can I order items in bulk (20 pieces or more of each product)?

Do you ship internationally?
Domestic only for now, but bulk international shipping can be arranged. Feel free to reach out to me so we can discuss the details and find the best option for you.
